Partido Nacional Democrático Angolano (PNDA)

The Partido Nacional Democrático Angolano (Angolan National Democratic Party) has a horizontal bicolour of green and what might be black. In the center, there's a big yellow oval. A white 5-pointed star is inscribed in the oval (and therefore deformed), and there's also something else there, impossible to see. The image I have posted is thus incomplete.

Originally styled the Angolan National Democratic Convention (Convenção Nacional Democrático de Angola - CNDA), the PNDA in September 1992 supported the presidential candidacy of Daniel Julio Chipenda, an independent who had reportedly left the MPLA in protest at the party's decision to present Dos Passos as its standard-bearer. Chipenda captured only .52 of the presidential vote, with the PNDA winning one seat in the Angolan National Assembly.
